How to use for Merchants


Step by Step guide for DFF merchants to start quickly

Step 1 - Update Store Profiles & Change Password
From your Merchant Control Panel (MCP) > Settings tab, you can update various settings/preferences such as your login info, notification email address, Auto / Manual approve affiliates and more.
We recommend NOT using the pre-generated temporary password given by default. Please change it by clicking here.

Step 2 - Approve any Pending Affiliates (if manual approve selected)
Go to the Merchants tab, click on the check boxes on the left side of each affiliate information, then click on Approve or Deny button to either allow or reject the affiliate to use your datafeed with tools.

Step 3 - Post your Graphical Banners (optional)
You can Post graphical advertisement banners just like at the Affiliate Network here. The advantadge of posting your banners at DFF is to allow your affiliates to display your banners easily by simply reserving a space on their site to display banners of a particular size. DFF banner rotator support multiple standard banner sizes.

Step 4 - Post your Rebates / Coupons / Deals (recommended if not automated by Network)
You can add Rebates / Coupons codes / Deals just like at the Affiliate Network here. Your deals will be automaticaly included on affiliates' web site who has selected to show your Deals.

Step 5 - Announce tools to your current affiliates
It is important to encourage your affiliates to use the latest tools to increase conversion and sales. DFF has prepared an Announcement Template customized for your store to make it easy and fast to let your affiliates know about DFF tools. Click on this link below to use your announcement template:

Step 6 - View DFF reports routinely to tweak and improve
Find out how many affiliates are using your datafeed. Who are your top affiliates? Who are delivering the most amount of click-throughs? How many times are your products being shown?
You can find all these information from the Reports Tab.

Getting help and reporting issues
Within your ACP we have provided a Support Ticket System. Please use this Support Ticket System for reporting problems. We do record and try to re-use previously solved issues to help guide future affiliates.
